BUILD DESCRIPTION

Non-starting Jawa 207. Installed new ignition thyristor. New spark plug. It started after that but would stall when throttled. Checked the clutch. Both the starter clutch shoes and the running clutch shoes were saturated with oil because the transmission seal and clutch seal were leaking oil into the clutch drum. I pulled the clutch drum installed a new transmission seal and a new clutch drum seal I then installed new sets of clutch shoes. Up and running! There is a lot of information on the thyristor issues but I did not find much on the clutch seal issue. This moped is pretty fast stock. My commute to work is pretty flat land and I can easily go 35mph.
