Hi all, I purchased the 40mm (apparently stock NOI) piston rings for my SuperSport XL- they seem pretty huge. They don't fit into the cylinder at all. When sizing them in the cylinder it looks like they'd have some serious overlap. So it would require some serious filing down if I choose to use them. Has anyone had more luck with sizing down to 39mm or would filing the 40mm work? I'm so close to getting this thing done. I want to do it the smart way, not the quick way. Thanks.
