this is a 2002 Tomos Targa. I picked it up in Orlando, Fl from a girl who was letting it rot outside. I took it home and started babying it. A few months later I travelled to Asheville, NC to hang with Emmanuel of Briton Bees to learn his building ways to have a solid set up. I found spoke wheels and had a custom pipe made and boom! The most awesome tomos top tank was done.

What type of wheels are those, are they tomos brand or something else? And did you replace the front forks and setup with a puch setup or something? The wheel/tires look larger than normal and the guard above the front one is smaller. I'd like to do this to mine! Let me know, thanks in advance!
