1978 J.C. Penney Swinger 1.... This is my first build with much more to come! So far I added a new seat, Magnum EBR's, Bing 15mm Clone, Tecnigas Next pipe, and chopped the fenders. Once spring finally hits Minnesota I will install a 70cc TCCD kit, 70cc Hi Comp Head and 15mm intake.
