Penney was my first Moped. She was one beautiful stock bike, I built her up once and then took her all apart. Rebuilt once more into the beautiful beast she is today. The only original pieces are the tank and the frame. The tank has been raised to give it more of a "top tank" look. The seat is an old Schwinn springer seat, the tail light is fashioned from some old boat light. The forks are Ktm style forks, some old mtn bike low-rise bars and some sweet Tomos mags complete this sweet ass ride.
