@Mike: thanks! the seat is a polini that can be bought at treatland. all of the seat and suspension work is custom fabrication. lots of making and welding of brackets/tabs/supports/etc!

very nice. I'm new to this and I just picked up a 1980 50V. can you tell me how to do the seat mod ??? and where I can buy custom parts ??? also how did you mount the shocks ? did you have to fabricate something or is there a "kit" you can buy ?
