the exhaust, is it just the stock one with a different baffle ?

Yes it is! Maple Ply, just like the skateboard. Glued and stacked...! I'm pretty happy with it!! think it looks rad! :)

Love this build... following. Is the entire seat pan wood including the rear cowl?
