BUILD DESCRIPTION

Just a quick update 14/06/17 managed to get a variator and a rear hub gearbox so sets off a lot better and goes about 45mph, put a heavy duty rear bearing on too and a 6 volt regulator the protect my headlamp bulb blowing totally hooked on these little bikes as i have a 1976 ciao too but this is going to be 80cc cdi ignition and frame changes with different folks. so will post my next build soon !!!!! Its 1980 vespa ciao which hasnt been used much.totally original and starts and rides ok but needs some tlc .bought it 2013 on ebay and now I want to spend some money on it . AT Last !!!!!!! i`ve started my build on the vespa .Just received my order of parts to get things going . Can't believe how simple these are to work on and the amount of parts available . She is now rebuilt and on the road again. Got here running at about 42 mph on flat with single speed rear and clutch slipping .just in the process of getting twin speed rear to give it that extra mph .
