Electric start Half General 5-Star , Half Tomos Streetmate. Ripped a V1 & its mounts off the General & threw the bottom half of a Tomos streetmate frame & swingarm on it, welded it & bam! All new parts all over, cables, wires, brakes, stuffed crank, speedo, tires, LEDs, etc. If you can think it I put a new one on. Going to powder coating soon.
