Fabricated @ the School of the Art Institute of Chicago -- Columbus Building Metal Shop Frame designed with Adobe Illustrator Cast iron foot pegs (lost wax) Cast bronze fork ornament (lost wax) Cast Aluminum seat pan (lost wax) Chopped and re-welded step-thru frame (w/o welding jig) Swingarm welded to frame (rigid suspension) Custom gas tank made from 16ga or 18ga (I forget) mild steel sheet metal & PUCH Maxi fuel fill neck and bung salvaged from frame gifted by the MCR's Hobbit handlebars Universal headlight 16" Front Wheel 17" Rear Wheel 18T front sprocket Frame was (mostly) MIG'ed and (a little) TIG welded
