Traded my 250 Ninja for it. The stock cylinder is bored out and running about 61cc. The original reed has been swapped out for a set of Boyesan Power Reeds. Additional upgrades include a 21mm intake, 21mm PHBG, [currently] no filter, Proma GP, and 13x36 gearing. The bike is also hardwired with no brake light or battery. The only other upgrade is a 17x2.75 Michelin Gazelle on the rear.
*Update (as of Dec '14): Stripped to a roller chassis to be degreased, some things rebuilt, and modified. Currently, its on the waiting list as i search for a new job.
Jan 2015: Still in pieces, but gone back to factory gearing (13x43), wiring harness is 98% complete w/ a Vapor and dash kit, a set of chrome 80s Honda fenders are waiting for fender stays, and the front brake system needs a complete rebuild. Handful of other things still need to be done, but all my bikes are on hold while I save up some cash for stupid school loan payments. Grr...
