Dirty Hesher

A junk-ass rusted magnum XK basketcase brought back to life as a hard-partying ripper. Previous Setup: Treats 50cc kit (horrible - first kit, didnt know better), port matched and transfers enlarged, Tomos Meteor piston which happened to make the port timing work better, Estoril pipe, 15mm Bing. Good for ~40mph but with atrocious bottom end, even with significant time spent tuning the clutch. Current setup: Treats 70cc Reed Kit with some Polini inspired porting and major transfer enlargement (material welded to cylinder to allow this), stuffed crank, VM20, Malossi 4-petal reeds and MLM intake, home made needle bearing clutch bell and braced 3-shoe clutch, kickstart springs tuned to 15lbs, Treats pipe. ~50mph on 17x45 gearing, kickass acceleration. Jetting refinement still underway. Next up: hardwiring/electrical cleanup, Grimeca 5-stars, fork/disc brake, aesthetics. ig:@steezmode
