BUB(Big Ugly Bike) is a build after the Japanese Bosozoku (which means "violent speed tribes" in English) bikes. I always wanted to make a bike in this manor. I had a Hobbit that I wanted to turn into a side hack but I though this would be a more appropriate build for it. After all a Japanese bike should be used for a Japanese style build. Started as a modified stock bottom end with a Dr kit, notched variator and a scooter head. That did not last long, like one ride. It now has a ported DR kit with a trick6 overrange variator, rebuilt bottom end and a modified puch head. Intake is from an A55 exhaust. Ignitonn Coil is a stock 2 coil with a JOG box. Bars came off a 70s triumph build. Tank was from a free spirit that had to have the cracks tiged up. I made the sissy bar and seat pans from scrap steal. Faring is from a Bandit 600. After 2 years of collecting and messing with different combinations I ended up with something extremely fun to ride.
