Malossi clone filter with black foam. Simonini Proline or hacked up Estoril. Malossi variator with Polini static plate and LeoVince roller weights (4.5g). Vespa vario trans, 9.5:1 gears. Treats clutch; lightened and balanced shoes. Belt; Malossi Ciao, Gates AX36, or Gates Metric Power 13x950mm. Seam-welded and heavily reinforced sub frame top and bottom with flat stock, chopped stand bracket, chopped highway pegs, relocated brake cable bracket, reinfoced shock mounts. Seam-welded frame, boxed in rear with tail light bracket. Seabac 300mm Shocks, home fab 8mm spacers. Vespa Grande Forks, shaved and relocated brake stop. Halogen headlight, LED taillight. Full wave rectified DC lighting. Still a WIP, gonna ride it all the way to Goa.
