BUILD DESCRIPTION

this is a 2002 Tomos Targa. I picked it up in Orlando, Fl from a girl who was letting it rot outside. I took it home and started babying it. A few months later I travelled to Asheville, NC to hang with Emmanuel of Briton Bees to learn his building ways to have a solid set up. I found spoke wheels and had a custom pipe made and boom! The most awesome tomos top tank was done.

Ben Roten: What type of wheels are those, are they tomos brand or something else? And did you replace the front forks and setup with a puch setup or something? The wheel/tires look larger than normal and the guard above the front one is smaller. I'd like to do this to mine! Let me know, thanks in advance!
