This trickMETRIC custom frame and tank for the Honda PA50 platform was built for the Grand Rapids Ghost Riders 10th annual moped rally, Ghostride 10mm. The frame features a six inch stretch and has been powder coated at the GRGR shop along with the black and white components . Stock spoke rims and Michelin Gazelles keep the look clean while the sub-frame has been modified and reinforced using the space beneath the carburetor as a mounting point for the bikes electronic Junctions, condenser and regulator. The seat was built and covered buy Craig Hobbs of the GRGR and has a gel core. The Motor is a a stock PA50II That has been powder coated mirror black and had the seals and bearings replaced. the Top end is a 70cc DR kit that has had minor clean up done on the ports. The trickMETRIC intake adapter holds a 4 petal DIO reed block and is topped with a custom built straight back intake. The carburetor is a Dellorto 21 PHBG with a molossi filter. A stock non-notched 50II variator and 50I weights leave options for the winner of this bike make the changes they desire. since this was to be raffled at our event our goal was to build a bike that would please an novice rider but would be easy to make minor tweaks to for a performance tuner and get the most out of it.
