BUILD DESCRIPTION

I wanted to replace the one of my favorite bikes ever (I regret selling the others before), a full rigid stock vespa ciao. It's slow and quite and has never been molested. It was owned by a little old lady that bought it in CO in the 70's; she just got "too old" and decided to sell it. Other then a missing a reflector and a few small scratches and dents this thing is perfect. I will be riding this bike a lot I think, probably putting snow tires on it for winter and will be commuting and doing group rides on it. You can have Moped Mondays, this bike is for slowped/snowped Saturdays. Pics are right after I got it, I wanted to come home and clean it but there wasn't much to clean.
