I built the salt & poppers hobbit (http://garage.1977mopeds.com/build/Salt+and+Poppers) for a friend, and traded it for his non running seca 550. Meanwhile I'd parted out and sold the frame off of the organic farmers market racer to another guy. He built it back out, and couldnt get it running, and I wound up fixing the seca 550 and trading it for that hobbit BACK plus some money. It's the frame from the old one, but that's it. whole new motor, swingarm bars n controls, etc etc; whole way thru redone. and done cheap n shitty. Jet's dilled out to 1mm, roughly a 100. still lil lean. notched pa2 var with pa1 wts. 52mph is the best so far and it fucking rips there. brakes do not match the motor nearly well enough! motor's probably going to another bike and getting the 77 cheap 70 kit w/ malossi circuit pipe in its place.
Eames:
definitely a steal! i would buy the pipe for $50 alone!
:B
WillD:
Been thru a few iterations, now has 77 70cc kit, old malossi circuit pipe, camino 6 roller w/ fast arrow ramp plate, still stock carb, same jet drilled 0.95. i beat the shit outta this thing, it rules
WillD:
anyone want it? $350. that's a fucking steal.
