It's had a rough life ( saved it from a scrap pile ) and it's now getting a fresh start in life. I'm converting it from Morini M1 to Minarelli V1 with a Mikuni 18mm VM carb, BRN 90cc cylinder and head, Pietcard CDI conversion, 12V lighting coil upgrade, a HAMMER Clutch from treats, a 13T front sprocket and a 28T rear sprocket. Opened up the ports in the 90cc kit tremendously, matched the intake and exhaust ports to the intake and exhaust pipes, lightened clutch bell and counter gear. I even had the bass bushing replaced with a needle bearing.
