BUILD DESCRIPTION

All black everything with white accessories. Hits 35mph on any incline with ease, tops out 52mph on flats. MLM People's Pipe, MLM intake, Mikuni VM20 carb, 44mm bare metal mesh filter. Throttle is made by Domino, part number 1242.03. Ebay/Amazon cafe racer seat because my old seat kicked the bucket ages ago. Shinko 17x2.25 Golden Boy tires on front and back. 3D printed white knobs for the side covers to match the style. Xtreme Black Adjustable 320mm Shocks in the back. DIY fork stabilizer in the front to keep wobbles away. Considering upgrading to an EBR hydro just to get the better stabilizer system. A double/jam nut keeps the clutch from slipping under high load, instead of the stock single nut to hold the whole pack together. Works really well. I use Type F transmission oil. An M10-1.5-35mm bolt blocks off the decompression valve entirely on the Airsal head. Once the idle jet is correctly tuned it's unnecessary to have a decomp and becomes an air leak waiting to happen. Amsoil Saber synthetic oil at 50:1 ratio. Starts up first or second kick every time thanks to that tiny idle jet. Lastly, this has a battery delete and external condenser do make maintaining the electrical system much easier. I run the accessories directly off the 6V AC from the stator. To keep the bulbs from bursting I use a fuses and a voltage regulator, along with non-polar (AC and DC safe) LED headlights. Nice and bright as heck at all RPMs no dimming when I hit the brakes. All in all, stoked on this build.
