BUILD DESCRIPTION

Got this Murray about 2 years ago. Always wanted to make a Magnum frame from a step through, even though done many times over, I knew this was gonna stand apart from others. Fellow Decepticon, Matt Schmitz, is a hell of a welder and fabricator...he headed up the cross bar and mounts. Pairing a NOS Negrini tank and seat that are seamless, things went pretty smooth. The motor was built by me, e50 with aluminum stuffed crank, CDI unit, and Airsal Eurokit 80cc. The cases were kinda beat when I got them so I tapped the cylinder/head bolts to m7, used beefy Derbi ones for a super solid mount. Exhaust in an Alsil Quich modified to Puch angled port. Intake is a Hero/Puch MLM for Mikuni VM18 turned to the front, slightly modified on the opening to match up, with a VM18 and a K n N air filter. Wheels I built myself using 28 hole Pro Racing rims. Front wheel has a CR80 hub and disc with a 77 caliper/master cylinder. Rear wheel is NOS Peugeot 28 hole hub laced to the same Pro Racing rim. Front end are EBR hydraulic disc brake forks with clubman bars, Motion Pro throttle, NOS General rear/clutch controls and a one off, dual temp/tach Indigan gauge mount. Still working on dialing this one in, will be difficult in the cold Michigan winter but if you know me, I can't stand letting something wait till spring.
