BUILD DESCRIPTION

This was the raffle bike built for the 2015 Moped GP. The frame is a Puch Astro Daimler with a Honda Hobbit subframe and motor attached. A Doppler motobecane crank was used in a hobbit case to stroke the engine out to 72.8cc with a 47mm Parmakit single ring piston in a Malossi 47mm H2O Hobbit cylinder. The rear hobbit transmission was modified to fit a 107mm GY6 scooter clutch and the front variator is a Doppler ER3 moby flipped around to align the belt and belt tracking. Forks are 23.5" EBR hydraulic fork legs modified to fit into the factory head tube assembly with a hobbit front multipiece mag wheel with disk brake adapted to it. Pipe is a modified scooter pipe from a Italjet Twin 125. The winner of the bike was Fred Mathews. More details about the build can be found here: http://www.mopedarmy.com/forums/read.php?7,3843927
