BUILD DESCRIPTION

This started as a basket case with no motor. Both wheels were seized up and the neck bearings were dust. Everything was torn apart and redone while still maintaining the patina. Rear wheel was replaced with a spare from another bike. The front is a stock Puch wheel with sealed bearings mounted on modified Seth k's general 5 star stock forks (https://www.treatland.tv/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=used-general-5star-forks). The forks had to be drilled slightly to accept the wider axle and the brake tab ground down a little for clearance. Treats Red vintage fork stabilizer. The motor is a 505D bottom end with new bearings, seals, gaskets and clutches. It's running a Treats E50 three wire points ignition. Top end is an Airsal 70cc two piece kit with the 1977 43.5mm Water Cooled Conversion Head (http://www.1977mopeds.com/universal-water-cooled-head-puch-tomos-derbi-p/7166.htm) breathign through a 15mm Bing clone. Cooling is a 240mm LENX 18 Pipe Aluminum Heat Exchanger Radiator made for PC's.
