BUILD DESCRIPTION

103 powered Batavus! I swore I wouldnt build anymore French bikes for a while, then Zack from Pikes tempted me with this dream bike! So I broke it down to all its bits and shined em up, re-painted the subframe, then got down to it. I had a sweet long conrod Malossi crank with spacer that I paired with a liquid cooled Doppler 50 kit, Teknix cases, Polini Circuit pipe, Polini engine spring, Mini ignition, XK80 radiator, overflow bottle/no pump, Omega variator, Doppler Clutch Pulley, Malossi 4-petal reeds, 21PHBG, and some sick rims thanks to Dusty Rim, Malossi belt. Dude this things pulls like a monster! I was lucky enough to have one warm day before they laid salt on the roads to rip it around, never went over 40, I was mostly playing with the engine spring and testing my thermo system, as with the rest of the bikes on this list, I will be tuning the carb come spring First start here! https://youtu.be/4x1Oe9nkGSM Update: didn’t put the time I should have into this bike in 2023. But it’s still moving, added a pump powered via a rectifier/regulator with an inline battery, taller rear shocks to allow more travel of the motor, Malossi hobbit phbg cap to prevent the carb from hitting the frame. Still needs more tuning, but hitting 50, this winter I’ll be switching to a Doppler spring and an Omega pipe, looking for 55-60 on 50cc
