BUILD DESCRIPTION

I got it for $40 thinking it will be a cheap easy project. Well flat tires, rounded sprockets, hacked up wiring and missing key electrical parts. The vin said a3 this and that but its all a35 parts. I think it was the last of the a3 sprints and is a hybrid. Thats where it gets the name Frankie, short for Frankenstein. So what was originally a fixer upper is now a custom build.
