BUILD DESCRIPTION

I bought this bike in December of 2013, from a shop down the street from where I live. The shop owner had it for a while with the plans to restore it, but now was just collecting dust. He had bought is from a guy who felt with VW Beatles. This bike had some how come from German, because the Vin plate is all in German.
