Just did a complete frame-up rebuild of this bike. Trying to make it super stock/pretty looking but with a nicer crank and 70 Airsal. Paired with a stock Newport (heatshield) exhaust for extra stock silliness. Link to build log: http://bit.ly/1AZ9Uri 1-sp E50 engine rebuilt with: Airsal 70cc Cylinder Super Stuffy needle bearing race crankshaft NACHI bearings and Treats seals 15mm Bing carb with MLM velocity stack air filter Internal ignition coil points stator with external condenser 3-shoe race clutch with orange PAZ springs All new cables (front/rear brakes, speedo, clutch and throttle) Wheel/headset/swingarm bearings cleaned and repacked with Motorex grease New engine/pedal chains. New sprockets front and rear (16x45) Forks rebuilt and packed with heavy Motorex grease New IRC tires and tubes New petcock/fuel line/fuel filter NOS Speedometer
