Puch Airsal on an M48. Slapped together with love and care by the Roadents + Black Plague of Winnipeg back in 2015. Tops out around 37MPH MLM Reeds + Custom spacer, No case matching, stacked base gaskets, and like 2 or 3mm of squish.... it's a work in progess. Something to note: The smaller hub Motobecane Sprockets bolt right up. I believe they are 80mm hubs. UPDATE: - Swapped the base gaskets for spacers, added a VM18, Milled 3mm+ off the top of the cylinder. - Power band hits around 4k, pulls hard to 8k. Quits just after 9k (I think). - Top Speed is unchanged, low end and throttle response vastly improved. Temps too! Will update with pics after adding Estoril pipe.
Brent Tooth:
Uhhh late reply Andrew, but yup! The studs were relocated. I believe the piston skirt had to shaved down as well
Andrew Scouten:
How did you get the cylinder on there? relocate the studs or?
