Root Beer

BUILD DESCRIPTION

This Yankee Peddler was built from the frame up. The engine was rebuilt and a spacer added to allow a Puch 74cc Gila cylinder to fit. The modified Tomos seat looks like it was made for the bike, and provides a much more comfortable ride. We took our inspiration from a 1932 Ford pickup for the color scheme —root beer candy flake powder coat with vanilla cream rims. Altogether, this bike is low, comfortable, and fast.

Moto Bottega: All the time, Dave!

Dave Scrod: Do any of these bikes actually get ridden?

Derek Vanasse: The seat looks slick, nice work! It's cool to see another V1 Gila'd Yankee Peddler out there. @Dan I see 63 mph with my current carb and gearing w/17" wheels...I suspect this to be similar. The Gila loves V1

Dan Kastner: What kind of speed can you get on that setup?
