Finally Done with this build. It was my first ground up, and I learned a ton along the way.
Engine:
-PA50-II cases matched to overbored Polini Kit
-Stock head widened to match bore and cut to standard compression by Graham Motzing
-77 Alu Stuffed crank
-Metrakit 19mm Derbi Intake modded to fit
-Boyesen .4mm CarbonTech Reeds
-Mikuni VM18 / K&N
-MLM Hobbit Sidebleed
-TJT Variator
-Black Pipes Pull Start Mod
Frame:
-Motor mount moved 8 inches rearward
-Modified / Reinforced subframe
-Hacked Magnum Seat
-Batavus Starflight Tank
-Suzuki K10 Fork and Wheel
380mm Shocks
Rallies:
Great Pumpkin Run - 2012
GPS'd at 55mph while running rich at break-in. Won't get above 390 very easily (long climbs at full throttle will get it there though). Just an ultra reliable, comfortable ped, great for rally use.

It has one on there now. I haven't had a chance to actually get out and take some real photos of this thing. The shots that are up here were the final shots I took before it was completed. Keep an eye out for some updates.

How did you do the pull start? I would like to know how to do that!
