BUILD DESCRIPTION

1974 Vespa Ciao that I bought and ended up needing tank repair. After repairing the tank I decided I wanted to go for a sleeper look so I started out looking for all the body panels. The engine was seized so I did a complete rebuild with bearings, seals, gaskets and a stock crank that I cut 5/10 in attempts for more performance. The top end is the 43mm Polini W port race kit with a Polini water cooled head kit I got from Italy. The pipe is the Polini top pipe and while the clutch remains single speed it was upgraded with Simonini clutch bell and Malossi 4000rpm springs for starters. The seat is a Puch chopper seat and the bars were custom made for me by a friend in the Netherlands. It also sports the Malossi Sha 13.13 carb/filter kit and stock points to keep everything simple.
