BUILD DESCRIPTION

I have no idea what I'm doing... Bought a frame to donkey kick myself into learning how an engine works. Garelli VIP2 frame with a questionable welded bracket to mount an ssxl tank. Any tips would be appreciated. I don't even know where to start.
