BUILD DESCRIPTION

When I saw this bike I immediately thought Cafe Racer, WWII. But, with a 1978 camouflage motif. Sidecar for my dog? Anyone got plans? I'm new to mopeds but got the bug after resurrecting a 1977 Vespa named Poseidon that was underwater in the Missouri River for two months.
