Full tilt boogie

BUILD DESCRIPTION

Found the bike in a cow pasture, looked like it had been there a while. It was mostly complete even the original license plate that I was able to register, but it was pretty rough and didn't run. I wanted something fun to rip around on and it does that great. It's not stock but it's not crazy either so I can have fun without worrying about breaking stuff.
