Tyler Brekke: So shiny

Josie Comstock: well, I did a few things actually I polished the head and cyl. gasket surfaces down, so I don't need a head gasket (and it gives a little increase in compression, it has 130psi cold), took the lip out of the exhaust port, put in a Meteor 50cc piston, put the Malossi intake and Polini reeds on, popped the restriction plate out of the exhaust (its basically just a straight header to the back cap of the canister now), then re-angled the exhaust exit pipe's tip for more direct flow. other than that I just made sure to be really OCD when I rebuilt it.

Alek Bergquist: So I've got to ask, what did you have to do to derestrict the exhaust and engine?!

Josie Comstock: its a custom seat. I cut a wooden seatpan to the outline of the rack, then had a friend upholster it. it turned out really good.

Alek Bergquist: what kind of seat is that!?

Josie Comstock: My points ignition has failed me for the last time. Finally running a cdi.
