BUILD DESCRIPTION

honda hobbit top tank build. NOS Minibike gas tank. welded in the cross bar too high (?) don't know why everyone hates on the shocko. bought the defective (chipped cylinder skirt) from treats for $50. wayyy better than the p3 head i had on there (which i subsequently soft-seized.) lovin' mopeds again. should be good for hoping towards high 40s. sittin on an 88 for break-in but will probably drop down to 85 after i go through its first tank. temps are mid 300s. 7/2013 UPDATE: Been riding this daily. Hits 45+mph, usually 47mph on my GPS speedo app. TJT variator with forgot the weights. maybe all blue. who knows. 8/2014 UPDATE: MLM intake for the VM18. hits closer to 50MPH (sometimes GPS says 50 who knows). 3000 miles on this kit so far.

Joshua Smith: The styling of this is great. The tank and pedestrian slicer really make it look like an early 60s small displacement moto.
